  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven).
  2. Pop the can open and roll the dough into croissants according to the instructions on the packaging. Place the croissants on a baking tray.
  3. Beat the egg and lightly brush the croissants with the beaten egg.
  4. Bake the croissants in the preheated oven for 5–10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let them cool on a wire rack.
  5. Heat the whipping cream in a small saucepan. Break the chocolate into pieces and let it melt in the warm cream over low heat. Stir until the chocolate dip is smooth.
  6. Dip the croissants into the chocolate dip and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles or other toppings of your choice.
