- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven).
- Pop the can open and roll the dough into croissants according to the instructions on the packaging. Place the croissants on a baking tray.
- Beat the egg and lightly brush the croissants with the beaten egg.
- Bake the croissants in the preheated oven for 5–10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let them cool on a wire rack.
- Heat the whipping cream in a small saucepan. Break the chocolate into pieces and let it melt in the warm cream over low heat. Stir until the chocolate dip is smooth.
- Dip the croissants into the chocolate dip and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles or other toppings of your choice.
