Chocolate caramel sea salt croissants
A delicious combination of sweet and a touch of salt. Rich chocolate and smooth caramel melt together inside a warm croissant, while a pinch of sea salt adds a surprising twist. Perfect for a treat at breakfast, brunch or alongside a cup of coffee.

- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven).
- Pop the can open and roll the dough according to the instructions on the packaging. Place the croissants on a baking tray.
- Cut the dough into 4 triangular pieces along the perforated lines.
- Spread caramel sauce on each piece of dough and add a pinch of sea salt.
- Sprinkle with the chocolate drops from the top cup.
- Roll the dough into croissants, starting from the wide end.
- Brush the croissants with beaten egg and bake in the middle of the oven for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Optional: drizzle some extra caramel sauce and a pinch of sea salt over the croissants before serving.
