- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven).
- Pop the can open and roll the dough into croissants according to the instructions on the packaging. Place the croissants on a baking tray.
- Add a small piece of banana and some chocolate inside each croissant and roll it up. Make sure the filling stays well inside the dough.
- Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush with the beaten egg for a nice shine. Drizzle with some melted chocolate.
- Bake the croissants for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
