  • Emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acids: citric acid)

  • Dextrose
  • Leavening agents (glucono-delta-lactone, potassium carbonates, diphosphates)
  • Ethyl alcohol*
  • Salt
  • Thickener: xanthan gum, flavoring, stabilizer: magnesium chloride
  • Color: carotenes, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
  • Chocolate 9.43%: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithin.

Baking instructions
  • Preheat the oven (180°C)
  • Roll out the dough and cut into 4 triangles
  • Sprinkle all pieces with cinnamon sugar
  • Roll the dough into croissants (from the wide end to the narrow end)
  • Bake until golden brown (12–15 min)
