- Leavening agents (glucono-delta-lactone, potassium carbonates, diphosphates)

Baking instructions
- Preheat the oven (180°C)
- Roll out the dough and cut into 4 triangles
- Sprinkle all pieces with cinnamon sugar
- Roll the dough into croissants (from the wide end to the narrow end)
- Bake until golden brown (12–15 min)
