The ‘healthy sandwich’ was ready for an upgrade! Fresher, more flavor, more amazing-ness. Bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and avocado combined to make for the perfect snack. A delicious healthy sandwich, what’s not to love?
- 1 can of Petits Pains White
- 80 grams of streaky bacon
- 1 slice of small gem lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- Extra toppings: ceasar dressing and / or ketchup
- Open can of Petits Pains White and bake according to instructions.
- Cut the avocado and tomatoes into slices.
- Bake the bacon until it is crispy.
- Wash the lettuce and then dry them off properly.
- Cut the buns open and add lettuce, then tomato, bacon and finally avocado.
- Serve with ketchup and ceasar dressing.
